Where is NEVER GAPE based?
NEVER GAPE is based in Tokyo, Japan. Our brand was built for big and tall men who have long struggled to find clothing that truly fits — a challenge that knows no borders. That's why from day one, we've been committed to serving customers worldwide, so that no matter where you are, you never have to compromise on fit again.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — just straightforward, complimentary delivery wherever you are.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What is the order processing time?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our products are designed with precision fit in mind, we take the time to carefully verify and prepare each order before dispatch — so it arrives exactly as expected. Once processed, your order will be handed off to our shipping carrier without delay.
Where is my order dispatched from?
While NEVER GAPE is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, all orders are dispatched directly from our fulfillment warehouse in China. This setup allows us to maintain strict quality control, reduce shipping costs for our customers, and keep delivery times as short as possible — without compromising on the standards our brand is built on.
Why does the sender name on my shipping label look different from NEVER GAPE?
To ensure free worldwide shipping, we partner with a global logistics network.
As a result, your local courier’s system may print the name of our logistics partner on the label instead of ours.
If the tracking number matches your order, please rest assured it is 100% your genuine package.
As NEVER GAPE continues to grow, we plan to fully customize our supply chain to provide fully branded shipping labels and packaging in the future.
Why are orders dispatched from overseas instead of my country?
As a growing brand, we're always looking for ways to deliver the best possible experience while keeping things accessible and sustainable. At this stage of our journey, fulfilling orders from our warehouse in China is the most efficient and cost-effective solution — and it allows us to pass those savings directly on to you through free worldwide shipping.
As NEVER GAPE continues to grow, we plan to establish fulfillment centers in key regions around the world. This will mean faster delivery times, even lower environmental impact, and an overall better experience for our customers everywhere.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Order Cancellation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we're unable to cancel it. If you'd like to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@nevergape.com and we'll do our best to help.
Changing Shipping Details: Made a typo in your address? Please reach out to us right away at support@nevergape.com. We can make corrections before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the package is on its way.
What if my address is incorrect after my order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify the shipping address. If your package is in transit with an incorrect address, the courier will attempt delivery as best they can. Should delivery fail and the parcel be returned to our warehouse, we may be able to reship it, though an additional shipping fee may apply. To avoid any delays or extra costs, please double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout.
What happens if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@nevergape.com as soon as possible. We'll get in touch with the courier to investigate and do everything we can to resolve the situation. While we're unable to issue a refund in such cases, we're committed to working with you to find the best possible outcome.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free international shipping to customers around the world.
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or certain remote islands and restricted regions.

Are customs duties and taxes covered by NEVER GAPE?
Yes — all customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you see at checkout. We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means there are absolutely no additional charges upon delivery. What you pay is what you pay — nothing more.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@nevergape.com and we'll look into it right away.
Return & Refunds
What is your Returns Policy?
At NEVER GAPE, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or store credit, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Sale items are considered final sale unless the item is faulty or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nevergape.com with your order number, the details of the item(s) you'd like to return, and photos if the item is faulty or damaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges — to exchange an item, simply return the original and place a new order.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of the return being confirmed on our end.

What items are eligible for return?
Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit, as long as they are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
How do I lodge a return?
To lodge a return, please reach out to us at support@nevergape.com with the following
information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Photos of the item, if it is damaged or faulty
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll get back to you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
We're sorry to hear that — that's not the experience we want for you. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@nevergape.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by NEVER GAPE, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item following our returns process and place a new order at your convenience.
