Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags included. Sale items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, according to the customer's preference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. In these cases, NEVER GAPE will cover the return shipping cost and provide either a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.
